Organisational Change

Resistance to change is a normal part of the human condition. It needs to be anticipated, accepted and managed within any organisational change inititative. However, sometimes the organisation-wide resistance seems to be more like ‘wading through treacle’ or involves constantly revisiting the same issues. When this happens it’s usually a symptom of a deeper, ‘systemic’ issue that needs to be addressed.
