Facilitating senior teams

We have distinctive competence in developing the skills of those leading change in their organisations. This is an area of particular focus for us and we continue to pioneer new thinking and methods for organisational change. Our specialism in this area is informed by and complements our distinctive competence in strategic thinking.

Our services relevant to change management are described below:

Short Courses

We design and deliver courses to guide those leading and experiencing organisational change. These courses may be delivered stand alone or embedded within a leadership development programme.

We adapt our delivery to suit the needs of the course participants whether they be the most senior leaders or mixed groups from an entire organisation. We provide practical tools and frameworks to facilitate change and deliver these in class in a highly engaging, pragmatic and entertaining way.

We focus on the human aspects of change and cover reaching alignment and motivation for change, the psychology of change for leaders and followers, responding to resistance and selecting and implementing the best mix of actions that will facilitate change.

Systemic Facilitation and Coaching

Using the tools and frameworks covered in our short courses we facilitate executive teams, cross-functional workgroups and project groups to address the specific organisational change challenges they are facing.

This style of facilitation is aimed at providing a higher level perspective on the systemic issues facing the organisation during its change journey. With this perspective subsequent meetings and discussions among those involved will feel very different and their focus will change.

Organisational Constellations

The philosophy of constellations was pioneered by Bert Hellinger in family systems. This philosophy is being adapted and applied in organisational systems. We are among those pioneering this field. We are developing new ways to bring about shifts in organisational systems and thereby facilitate change. Much of this work is reflected in our short courses and systemic facilitation work.

We also offer two-hour sessions in which we facilitate system mapping or constellations for clients who are feeling “stuck” with a specific issue or change effort.
